If you think that the platform functionality does not cover your needs and does not match the expected standard requirements, you qualify to request a refund of your payment. If the service provided by Tutors (meaning, a tutoring session, editing or any other type of educational assistance) did not match your demands you may request a refund. Please note that the refund may be issued only if your Tutor was not able to provide a reasonably acceptable quality of the service. You can request a refund of your payment no later than 60 days after your last payment for using the platform functionality or the tutoring services provided.
If you want to receive a refund, please go to your GeeklyHub account on the website and submit a refund form. Fill all the required fields carefully, including a request number, a full description of the problem, and any evidence you may provide to prove the unacceptability of service you have received.
Please allow around 3-5 business days to investigate the details of your problem, however, we try to prioritize refund requests and the investigation may be completed sooner. Depending on the severity of quality flaws, your circumstances and other factors, we have three primary remediation choices:
You can request a refund for the subscription fee charged on your card up to 30 days from the date of the latest payment. The refund can be issued only if you did not use your bonuses and perks included in the subscription plan since the last payment. In this case, your refund request will be processed within 24 hours and you'll get your money back to the card within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that the bonuses and perks included in your subscription plan are non-refundable and will be withdrawn on the date of the refund issued.
